Driver Eligibility

All drivers must be over 25 years old OR must have a valid driving license for at least 3 years.

Drivers less than 25 and over 70 years of age need a special insurance.

A valid driving license is to be shown from all drivers (main or additional) at the time the contract is made

The valid driving license must be in Roman alphabet (not Arabic, Chinese etc.). Otherwise an international driving license isrequired.

Additional driver

Additional driver can be added to the insurance for an extra charge of 5€ per day. The additional driver must be present during the time of the contract is made.

Insurance Information

All car prices shown include a third-party insurance and Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).

Third Party Liability covers the driver and the passengers of the other car in case of an accident. It covers also the damage on their car-property.

CDW reduces the liability of the driver, if for any reason the car is damaged.The damage on tires, windscreen and oil-sump is not covered.

The renter will only pay the policy excess of:  

For EDW-Insurance for tires, windscreen and oil-sump is €5 per Day

Limitations

The insurance does NOT cover cars when:

-is driven into the occupied northern area of Cyprus

-if car is driven on an unsurfaced road

-In cases of negligence from the part of the driver such as alcohol consuming, disregarding of traffic regulations or intentionally trying to damage the vehicle.

In any of the cases above, the driver takes the responsibility for the market value of the vehicle as also any other costs relating to third party claims.

Collection & Delivery

Collection and Delivery can be made from any hotel within town limits from 09:00 until 19:00 without any extra charge.

Outside town limits there is no collection/delivery except if otherwise arranged in advance.

Delivery/Collection to/fromLarcaca Airport can be arranged in advance for an extra supplement of €30(one way).

Fuel Policy

Vehicles are delivered with full or half-full tank fuel and must be brought back on the same level. Otherwise therewill be a charge for the refuel of the tank. Fuel is charged at the current market price plus tax.

The price of a full tank varies according to the size of the car and the engine.

Unused fuel is not refundable.

Payment

Payment can be made by cash but a valid credit card will be required at the beginning of the agreement.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. At the collection the driver has to leave a deposit in cash or a credit card number (pre-authorization).

PayPal is available only for the advanced Payment (€20) for online bookings.

All charges are payable in advance.

Cancellation &‘No show’ Charges

The customer can cancel the reservation at least 7 days before the Pick-up. Otherwise a fee of €25 will be charged.

The cancellation can be made by a written statement or telephone.

A booking can be changed up to 48 hours before the start of the rental. No differential amount can be refunded if this alternation leads to a lesser rental cost.

In case of a NoCollection/No Show the rental charge already paid shall be withheld in full.

For early-ending rentals no refund will be given.

Extra Accessories

Upon arrival following Accessories can be supplied.

Baby Seat or Booster for €4 per Day

GPS- Navigation for €4 per Day

Other Information

Seat belt is mandatory for all passengers.

Driving in the Occupied Northern Cyprus is NOT allowed.

All rates include Tax/V.A.T 19%
